We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

Products & accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product, and to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of these terms.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

We accept payment through Shopify Payments, Stripe, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PCI-compliant payment processors. We never store your full credit card information.

By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping & delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Risk of loss and title for items transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

90-night guarantee & returns

We stand behind our product with a 90-night risk-free guarantee. If the NightCalm Pro does not improve your sleep or calm your restless legs within 90 days of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund.

To initiate a return under the guarantee:

• Email us at contact@rlsnightcalm.com within 90 days of receiving your order
• We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label
• Return shipping is free — you do not pay for return postage
• Once we receive the returned device, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

The device must be returned in reasonable condition. Normal wear from use during the guarantee period is expected and accepted. There are no restocking fees, no forms to fill out, and no "convince us" process.

12-month replacement warranty

Every NightCalm Pro comes with a 12-month full replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your device experiences any manufacturing defect or hardware failure — including motor, battery, treatment heads, or charging port — we will replace it with a brand new unit at no cost to you.

To claim a warranty replacement, email contact@rlsnightcalm.com with a brief description and your order number. No repair forms. No service centers. We send a new device.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, intentional damage, or unauthorized modifications.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and page designs — is the property of RLSNIGHTCALM LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our written permission.
