90-night risk-free guarantee

Try the NightCalm Pro for up to 90 nights. If it doesn't calm your legs or improve your sleep — you get a full refund. We created this guarantee because we know what it's like to spend money on something that doesn't work. We refuse to be another one of those.

To request a refund under the 90-night guarantee:

• Email us at contact@rlsnightcalm.com within 90 days of receiving your order
• We'll provide return instructions
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense for guarantee returns
• The device must be returned in reasonable condition (normal wear from use is expected and accepted)
• Once we receive the device, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

No restocking fees. No "convince us" process. No hoops to jump through.

Defective or damaged product

If your NightCalm Pro arrives defective or damaged, we make it right — immediately and completely.

To report a defective or damaged product:

• Email contact@rlsnightcalm.com with your order number
• Include a photo or brief description of the issue
• We'll respond within 24 hours with your replacement or refund — your choice

This applies to any product that arrives with manufacturing defects, physical damage from transit, missing parts, or components that don't function properly out of the box.

12-month replacement warranty

Every NightCalm Pro comes with a 12-month full replacement warranty from the date of delivery. If your device develops any hardware failure during normal use — motor, battery, treatment heads, charging port, or any internal component — we replace the entire device for free.

To claim a warranty replacement:

• Email contact@rlsnightcalm.com with your order number and a description of the issue
• We'll ship a brand new replacement at no cost to you
• You do not need to return the defective unit

This warranty does not cover damage caused by intentional misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical abuse (drops, water damage, etc.).

Change of mind returns

If your NightCalm Pro is working properly but you'd like to return it for any other reason, you may do so within 90 days of delivery.

• Email us at contact@rlsnightcalm.com to initiate the return
• The device must be returned in its original condition with all accessories
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Once we receive the device, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days

No restocking fees apply.

How refunds are processed

All refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

What's not eligible for a refund

• Orders returned after 90 days from delivery
• Products damaged through intentional misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Products without a valid order number
